For our client, an established and internationally oriented company in the technical services sector, we are looking immediately or by arrangement in the Zurich lowlands for a committed, communicative and service-oriented personality as
Dispatcher 100% (f), Zurich Region
Your tasks:
- Independent and forward-looking planning of assignments for service technicians and external partners
- Coordination of daily service, repair and maintenance orders taking into account priorities, deployment areas and expertise
- Receiving and recording customer requests by telephone and e-mail
- Ongoing monitoring of orders and ensuring timely processing in the CRM system
- Coordination of required spare parts and materials in cooperation with internal interfaces
- Preparation and follow-up of quotations and cost estimates
- Active support and follow-up of repair and maintenance possibilities
- Organisation and coordination of external services including obtaining offers
- Checking and processing the corresponding reports and services
- Support and mutual representation within the dispatch team
Your profile:
- Commercial training or basic technical training
- Several years of professional experience in dispatch or technical customer service
- Very good German and French skills
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Strong organisational talent and enjoyment in keeping an overview even with a high volume of orders
- Communicative personality with assertiveness and pronounced team spirit
