About the job

• Ensuring a proper daily operation and adherence to operational procedures and prescribed processes. Implementing the directives of the Medic-Help regional management and the SEM (BEKO) as well as SEM manual - access to medical care for AS and procedures in BAZ, guideline for handling medicinal products, BAG outbreak management manual and ORS processes), as well as the client’s requirements
• Organising, advising, and partially personally conducting regular training for non-medical caregivers in the area of basic medical care/emergency procedures and prevention
• Further developing the specialist area and optimising workflows in consultation with the Medic-Help regional management
• Responsible for the proper management of the centre pharmacies
• Coordinating staff allocation and managing/updating time management
• Conducting and preparing timely and effective reporting for the Medic-Help regional management
• Holistically leading their staff taking into account the directives of the executive management and expectations of the ORS cross-sectional functions
• Responsible for the professional leadership of the subordinate team related to the specialist area

• Tertiary education: Diploma in nursing HF or Bachelor’s degree from a University of Applied Sciences (FH)
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
• At least 2 years of leadership experience
• Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
• Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
• 1st national language | spoken: C1 | written: C1
• 2nd national language | spoken: B2 | written: B2
• English or another asylum-relevant language | spoken: B2 | written: B2
