Project Manager (100%) in a family-run general contractor (construction industry)

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for the planning, development, and execution of construction projects, from the initial design to completion

• Management and coordination of all parties involved in the construction (architects, engineers, craftsmen, and other specialist planners)

• Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and budgets

• Contract management and communication with clients and authorities

• Monitoring construction progress and conducting inspections

• Leading the project team and promoting smooth collaboration

Your profile

• Completed training in construction (e.g. civil engineer, architect, construction technician) or comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience as a project manager in the construction industry, ideally in the field of general contracting

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• High problem-solving and organisational competence

• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting

• Resilience and assertiveness

• Good IT skills (MS Office, construction administration programmes)

• Driving licence category B
