Your tasks
- Responsibility for the competent, economical, and contemporary management of a well-coordinated team
- Interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration with the entire care chain
- Project work and taking on additional tasks
- Needs assessments with interRAI and taking on nursing assignments
Your profile
- Qualification as a registered nurse HF
- Leadership experience or willingness to undertake leadership training
- Professional experience in the outpatient sector is an advantage
- Business management thinking and acting
- Organisational skills and assertiveness
