Your tasks

• Coordination and organisation of meetings as well as alignment on various professional and organisational topics.
• Maintenance and further development of documentation, especially standards and product documents.
• Support in the creation and preparation of presentations.
• Planning and organisation of internal and external events.
• Participation in software projects throughout the entire lifecycle (concept, clarifications, testing, and rollout management).
• Contribution to process optimisations, e.g. chatbot for customer inquiries, standard catalogs for services, and project evaluations.

Your profile

• Completed studies in health sciences, medical informatics, or similar.
• Initial experience through an internship or working student position with clinical processes in intensive care or anaesthesia.
• Enjoy analysing requirements and developing solutions.
• Accuracy, structured working method, and a good eye for testing.
• Team spirit and systematic, transparent working style.
• Ideally experience with treatment planning software or software configuration.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, decisiveness, and leadership qualities.
• Very high self-motivation, energy, and resilience.
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, ideally English or French skills.
