Project:
Our client is looking for an experienced project manager to lead the "Subproject Report". This role involves taking responsibility for the management and implementation of the subproject Report and ensuring the timely, quality, and target-oriented delivery of the reporting results within the project (Reference number: 925159RF)

Tasks:
* Planning and leading the Reporting stream according to the specifications (agile project method)
* Leading, organising and developing the teams and employees within the Reporting subproject in an agile environment
* Responsible for the content solution development in the area of Reporting (reports, dashboards, reporting-related functionalities)
* Controlling and implementing the reporting deliverables including planning, prioritisation and dependencies
* Ensuring coordination with business units, architecture, data platform and adjacent subprojects
* Leading quality and risk management
* Ensuring stakeholder management and communication within own area of responsibility
* Ensuring proper project execution, including documentation, knowledge transfer and handover of results to the operations organisation

Requirements:

Professional qualifications:
* Several years (> 5 years) of proven and uninterrupted experience in managing IT projects in large enterprises
* Solid knowledge in the areas of reporting, data warehouse, data platforms and data-driven applications
* Experience in collaboration with IT architecture, development, business units and data platforms
* Very good understanding of dependencies between data producers and consumers (e.g. business, reporting, platform)
* Experience in decommissioning legacy systems and migrating reporting and analysis solutions

Methodical skills:
* Ability to plan, control and prioritise deliverables in a structured manner within an iterative approach
* Solid knowledge of the Atlassian suite (Confluence and Jira)
* Experience in quality, risk and dependency management in large projects

Leadership and social skills:
* Proven experience in leading interdisciplinary teams without line responsibility
* Ability to coordinate different stakeholder interests and achieve sustainable decisions
* Strong communication and moderation skills at business and management level
* Assertive, structured and solution-oriented personality
* Confident command of German and English

Personal requirements:
* High result and implementation orientation
* Independent, responsible and resilient working style
* Ability to present complex issues clearly and appropriately for the target audience
* Willingness to work closely with the project and DevOps organisation
