Position available as soon as possible.
Your future tasks and responsibilities
Ensure the administrative management and follow-up of PPE files
Organise general meetings and sessions, and participate in drafting minutes
Ensure the administrative follow-up of works, quotes, orders and invoices
Manage and follow up claims files in collaboration with the parties concerned
Ensure communication with co-owners, concierges, site managers and partners
Support PPE administrators in organising and managing their daily activities

Profile
You today...
- With a commercial or administrative qualification, ideally complemented by initial experience in the real estate sector
- Ideally with experience in PPE administration or a similar real estate environment
- Comfortable writing correspondence and minutes
- Organised, rigorous and able to manage several files and deadlines simultaneously
- With a good sense of service and enjoying contact with clients
- Comfortable communicating with a variety of interlocutors
- Autonomous in your work while appreciating teamwork
- Comfortable with common IT tools
- Knowledge of English, minimum B2 level (essential)
