Your tasks
As a project and construction manager, you conduct condition and building contaminant investigations in large and small projects. You lead them from the investigation concept through planning to realisation (construction management), also in interdisciplinary project teams for demanding assignments. Exciting restoration projects, especially
in wastewater treatment plant construction up to technical equipment (plant construction), will pique your interest. You work closely with our specialist departments to ensure our projects are future-proof in terms of sustainability and circular economy. Your main tasks lie in material technology condition investigation, building contaminant diagnostics,
development of renovation concepts, tendering as well as construction management regarding costs, schedules, quality and environmental protection.
Your profile
- You have training as a civil engineer FH, construction manager, technician HF, building contaminant diagnostician and/or practical experience in a company or planning office.
- You convince with creativity, determination, team spirit and expertise.
- You think interdisciplinarily and show initiative.
- You are interested in the implementation of sustainability projects.
- You are interested in complex tasks.
- You keep an overview even in hectic situations.
