Planeco GmbH implements sophisticated solar systems throughout Switzerland; from planning to long-term maintenance. To ensure our systems are not only installed cleanly but also operated reliably, we are looking for you: a technically strong personality who enjoys working independently, troubleshooting, and customer contact.

With us, you won’t be monotonously working through tickets. You will be out in the field, analysing faults, finding solutions, and ensuring our customers can reliably use their energy.

Your tasks:

·You will carry out maintenance, service deployments, and fault repairs on PV systems as well as on supplementary energy systems

·You will work with inverters, storage units, and energy management solutions from various manufacturers as well as common monitoring platforms

·Your area of operation is mainly in Northwestern Switzerland, occasionally throughout the whole of Switzerland

·You analyse fault patterns independently and find pragmatic, clean solutions

·You carry out expansions and conversions, for example with storage units, smart meters, or emergency power solutions

·You support with faults and technical special cases in the ZEV environment – without classic on-call duty

·You plan and coordinate your service deployments independently and keep an overview even on the go

·You are in direct contact with customers and ensure professional communication on site

·You document your deployments clearly and comprehensibly

·Depending on experience and interest, you support drone flights, deployment planning, or the technical preparation of system components

What distinguishes you:

·Completed basic training as an electrical installer EFZ or comparable qualification

·Driving licence category B

·Good German skills in spoken and written form

·You work independently, think ahead, and take responsibility

·You remain calm even in case of faults and approach problems with a solution-oriented mindset

·Enjoyment of customer contact and explaining technical topics understandably

·Experience in photovoltaics or energy systems as well as service experience in a technical environment is a great advantage. Basic knowledge of network or communication technology is beneficial.

·French language skills are an advantage but not mandatory
