About the job
Your contribution to a modern financial sector:
- Consulting: Support our clients in the development and implementation of strategies in the regulatory environment. You are the contact person for all questions regarding our regulatory management offering.
- Analyses: Analyse the impact of new regulations on capital and liquidity and compliance with supervisory expectations.
- Development: Bring in your expertise to develop tailored solutions for implementing new requirements. You help our clients implement complex new regulations in a targeted and pragmatic manner, whether CRR, BRRD, BCBS #239 or BIRD/IReF – from gap analyses to the development of implementation programmes to taking on essential implementation tasks.
- Solutions: You present your results and their implications to our (international) clients from the financial sector. Furthermore, you manage the interface with banking supervision, support the identification of potential supervisory focus topics, and prepare our clients specifically for on-site inspections.
- Knowledge: You develop innovative solution approaches within the team and write articles and studies. Develop standards for future topics such as optimisation of regulatory processes or ESG requirements. #LI-LARA
Your skills:
- Successful university degree (economics, e.g. business administration, economics, business administration, or natural sciences, e.g. mathematics, physics).
- Initial experience with regulatory requirements of financial service providers through an internship, consulting, the financial and insurance sector, or through training/a dual study programme in banking and insurance.
- Knowledge of common reporting solutions such as BAIS or Abacus would be ideal but is not a must.
- Enjoy solving complex problems as well as analytical and communication skills – you can inspire people for zeb and your ideas.
- Stay and grow: You want to constantly deepen your own knowledge and acquire new know-how.
- Very good German skills (at least C1 level, business fluent) as well as good English skills (at least B2 level, fluent) in spoken and written form. #LI-LARA #LI-Hybrid
