The Guest and Culture House in Dornach Monastery is a multi-disciplinary operation that combines hospitality in the restaurant and hotel with a curated cultural programme and its own church-spiritual offerings. Just a few steps from Dornach station, the monastery walls enclose a place of power that invites quiet relaxation.

On behalf of the Dornach Monastery Foundation, we operate the former Capuchin monastery. The gastronomic operation consists of a restaurant, garden, seminar and banquet services and consciously processes fresh products from the monastery garden. In addition, Dornach Monastery offers 30 hotel rooms and invites you to meet and reflect in the well-kept monastery garden and the renovated monastery church.

You have:

completed a professional basic training as a cook with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)

• creativity, motivation and responsiveness

• joy in cooking with fresh herbs from our own garden
• a sense of responsibility for the daily well-being of our guests
• control of the operational process at your station
• awareness to comply with the specified quality and hygiene standards
