Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing with Grinding Experience

Tasks

Set up and operate CNC-controlled gear flank and cylindrical grinding machines
Manufacture complex individual parts and small series precisely
Perform measurements on Klingelnberg and Wenzel measuring machines
Ensure quality and continuously optimise manufacturing processes

Requirements

Apprenticeship as a polymechanic or toolmaker
Solid knowledge in machining metalworking
Grinding experience would be desirable
Good oral and written German skills
Willingness to work 2- and temporarily 3-shift systems
