EUROBUS offers bus trips throughout Europe – from day trips to multi-day tours to the continent's most beautiful destinations. For our guests on trips, we are looking for motivated students who professionally and warmly accompany our guests. The assignment is particularly suitable for students in hospitality, tourism, or service-oriented training and further education – but is also ideal for everyone else who enjoys working with people.

You accompany our groups and take on tasks that facilitate the travel process and enable our – often older – guests to have a pleasant experience. These include:

Guest care & atmosphere

• Engage in conversations and create a pleasant, warm atmosphere
• Contact person for our guests
• Solve small everyday problems (e.g., Wi-Fi, orientation, simple technical questions)
• Ensure the well-being of guests, e.g., serving coffee & water on the bus
• Accompany the group during activities such as city tours, walks, or excursions
  

Support of travel organization

• Support the driver in contact with hotels, partners, and guides
• Simple organizational tasks (participant lists, departure times, room allocation, etc.)
• Collect guest feedback and relay it back to the Eurobus team
  

Optional additional tasks

• Short tourist inputs on regions, sights, or cultural topics – if available

• Enjoy working with people, especially older guests
• Strong communication skills, polite demeanor, and a neat appearance
• Reliability, calmness, and solution-oriented action – even in unplanned situations
• Independence, sense of responsibility, and practical approach
• Willingness to accompany at least 5 trips per year (more possible)
