Process Engineer Paper Processing 100% (m/f)
Tasks
- Process responsible with communication strength: You ensure compliance and continuous improvement of the processes in your area of responsibility. You guarantee smooth communication with all internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you develop and implement sustainable improvements for occupational safety and process optimization.
- Analyst with a focus on feasibility: You conduct thorough feasibility analyses and actively contribute to decision-making by preparing complex relationships precisely and understandably.
- Innovator with a passion for product development: You lead product trials and support the development of new products. With your know-how, you bring fresh ideas and implement them in a goal-oriented manner.
- Complaint manager with foresight: You actively support the resolution of process problems, plant disruptions, and quality deviations – quickly, precisely, and solution-oriented. In addition, you efficiently handle customer and supplier complaints and develop sustainable solutions for long-term improvements.
- Documentation professional with an overview: You create daily reports and monthly summaries of the department and maintain all production-related documents, such as article master data and setup lists, with the highest accuracy.
Profile
- Education & experience: You have a technical basic education in the paper industry or in the process engineering field and have completed further training at HF or FH level. Ideally, you have several years of experience in a comparable position in an industrial environment, preferably in the paper industry.
- Personality & working style: You are a communicative team player with a convincing appearance. Even in hectic situations, you maintain an overview and work purposefully. Your working style is characterized by independence, precision, and a solution-oriented, analytical approach.
- Language skills: You are proficient in German, both spoken and written; knowledge of English is an advantage.
