What you can achieve:

• Responsibility for order processing of your own customer base

• Coordination of delivery dates with production planning

• Responding to price and delivery date enquiries

• Preparation of quotations

• Invoicing of orders

• Independent preparation of necessary shipping documents and export papers (including certificates of origin, L/Cs)

• Project tasks in the area of transport / export

What you bring with you:

• Commercial training as well as further education in foreign trade

• Several years of experience in export order processing as well as in freight forwarding or customs

• Good knowledge of rules of origin, free trade zones, customs regulations and proficient expertise in export control

• Reliable, resilient and efficient working style

• Confident German and good English skills, both spoken and written

• Confident handling of Microsoft Office applications
