Work where the action is!

Together with your leadership team (Assistant Store Manager), you take on the leadership role for the store and the entire team (store employees). You ensure correct stock management and are responsible for the daily cash reconciliation. You keep an eye on all sales processes and ensure everything runs to the customers’ satisfaction. You build the team, recruit employees, and plan work and shift schedules. You support and promote your team so they can reach their full potential and one day take over your job. In regular meetings with regional management, you discuss the results and development of the store. The success of your team and store significantly contributes to the overall success of Action.

What you bring

• Completed vocational training and ideally experience in a comparable position in retail
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a high degree of personal responsibility
• Enjoy supporting, leading and motivating a team of around 15 employees
• A sense of order, cleanliness and well-stocked shelves as well as a friendly manner towards our customers
• Keep a cool head, even in stressful situations
• Willingness to undergo an eight-week training period in one of our training stores in Germany, France or Austria
• German is your mother tongue and you speak fluent English
• Identification with the values of Action: teamwork, discipline, cost awareness, simplicity, respect and customer orientation
