- As a technology enthusiast, you drive the analysis of processes and data together with the business, identify digitalisation potentials, and implement innovative ideas
- You support the finance team in correctly assessing technology potentials and help decide on the proper use of resources to achieve our business goals
- As part of implementing new, innovative ideas, you ensure the sustainable operation of solutions
- You assist in change management and communication for the optimal use of new technologies such as GenAI
- Together with the finance leadership team, you continuously develop the operating model for digitalisation in our department

- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field - such as computer science, engineering - with a specialisation in data science or engineering
- You are an early adopter of new technologies and can inspire your environment with your passion. You live rapid prototyping.
- You are a constructive, solution-oriented personality with a strong team spirit
- Slow and inefficient processes bore you so much that you would prefer to completely rethink them
- Experience in developing data and AI applications
- Solid knowledge and experience in Python, SQL, machine learning & Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience with cloud platform technologies and CI/CD processes (preferably GCP)
- You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
