WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU FOR
- Active participation in the control, monitoring and optimisation of our chemical production plants in the raw material area
- Manufacture and processing of sensitive chemicals
- Leading production as shift supervisor (m/f/d)
- Co-design and documentation of new work instructions and production processes
- Participation in maintenance and servicing work
- Quick detection and rectification of plant malfunctions in cooperation with maintenance
- Confident handling and strict adherence to safety and work regulations
- Support of the group leader (m/f/d) in daily business (organisational and technical)
- Assumption of leadership tasks for an assigned team of 8-10 employees (m/f/d)
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
- Completed vocational training in the field of food / chemistry / technology or professional qualification and solid professional experience in production
- Experience in leading shift teams
- Flair for production processes as well as good technical understanding
- Reliable, independent and responsible personality
- A pronounced hands-on mentality, quick comprehension and a high willingness to learn for the complex plants
- Good Office skills and very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system, as well as regular weekend shifts
