In this central position, you coordinate the deployment of qualified service technicians and take on technical consulting. You work closely with engineering and the plant to ensure optimal utilisation and support of our service technicians.

• You coordinate the deployment of qualified service technicians from our service team, the plants, and external partners, ensuring that the technicians deployed have the necessary qualifications for the respective assignment.
• Furthermore, you support briefings upon request and provide all necessary technical documents for a successful deployment.
• You advise our service colleagues on technical questions and take on detailed planning tasks.
• In addition, you optimise the utilisation of our service technicians by recognising over- or under-utilisation early and working closely with the Competence Centres (CoCs).
• You organise internal and external training in coordination with the team management.
• You also take care of organising visas, travel documents, and travel bookings for our service technicians.
• Finally, you support our customers via the hotline, analyse reported faults, identify causes, initiate appropriate measures, and answer technical questions competently and solution-oriented.

• You have a technical background in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering; experience as a service technician is an advantage.
• Furthermore, you understand the challenges of coordinating a travelling workforce and have empathy for the needs of field service technicians.
• You are proficient in SAP and MS Office, especially Excel for duty rosters and utilisation dashboards.
• You work in a structured and organised manner, are characterised by high accuracy, and reliably follow up on tasks.
• You are familiar with CMMS or field service management solutions (e.g. SAP FSM) as well as capacity planning concepts.
• You possess strong planning and organisational skills, set priorities confidently, and respond calmly to short-term changes.
• Fluent language skills in German and English complete your profile; additional European language skills are a plus.
