YOUR MISSION

As Head of Finance and Accounting, you take on a central role in our company and, together with your team, are responsible for a reliable and professional financial organisation. You ensure transparent financial processes and meaningful financial statements, thereby creating an important foundation for well-founded business decisions. As a competent contact person, you work closely with management as well as various internal and external partners and continuously develop the finance department.

WHAT YOU ACHIEVE

• Responsibility and hands-on involvement in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Ensuring a correct general ledger and subsidiary ledgers
• Preparation and monitoring of budget and financial plans
• Contact person for auditors, tax consultants, banks and authorities
• Management of payment transactions and monitoring of liquidity
• Leadership of the finance team of 2 people

WHAT SETS YOU APART

• Completed higher education in finance and accounting (HF, FH, federal specialist certificate or comparable further training)
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Strong affinity for numbers as well as reliable, solution-oriented and structured working style
• Ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations
• At least initial leadership experience
• Strong communication skills
