To strengthen our team in Spreitenbach, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a reliable, technically skilled and linguistically talented clerk for spare parts sales.

Your tasks

• You are responsible for advising and selling spare parts by phone, email and in person on site in Spreitenbach in German and French (B2B and B2C)
• You handle the entire order process, from receipt to invoicing
• You assist with operational purchasing and manage the assigned supplier portfolio
• You work closely with internal and external technicians, warehouse team, customer service, equipment sales and the workshop

Your profile

• You have completed a basic technical education with commercial training or vice versa
• Your experience includes a similar position in a technical environment
• You have business fluent German and French skills, additional languages are an advantage
• With your organisational and planning skills, you keep an overview even in hectic situations
• You are a team player and enjoy daily customer contact
• You are familiar with MS Office and preferably have experience with SAP
