TRM Swiss AG distributes high-quality pipe systems, fittings and accessories for drinking water supply, hydropower plants and snowmaking systems in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Our products are manufactured by our parent company, Tiroler Rohre GmbH in Hall in Tirol.

To strengthen our small, efficient team, we are looking for a committed, communicative and technically interested person who enjoys taking responsibility and keeping an overview.

Your tasks

• Hub and contact person: You coordinate the collaboration between field sales, the production plant in Austria, steel trade, subcontractors and end customers.
• Sales and order processing: You handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, calculate prices and accompany orders from enquiry to delivery.
• Technical clarifications: You support product-specific questions, check requirements and develop suitable solutions together with the parties involved.
• Logistics and procurement: You coordinate delivery dates, material availability, transport and goods receipt and ensure smooth processes.
• Deputy and co-design: You support the Head of Internal Sales & Logistics and take responsibility for operational processes and cross-departmental tasks when required.

Your profile

• A technical or commercial basic education with a strong technical flair or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
• Enjoyment in understanding technical products and familiarising yourself with our pipe systems and applications.
• Very good IT user skills in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, service orientation and skill in dealing with different stakeholders.
• An independent, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as willingness to take responsibility.
• Flexibility and all-rounder mentality: You pitch in, think along and find solutions even when things need to be straightforward and pragmatic.
• Very good German language skills; French language skills as well as experience in order processing, purchasing or logistics are an advantage.
