The Congress House Zurich is located in the vibrant center of Zurich, the economic metropolis of Switzerland. The Zurich event and congress center can accommodate up to 4,500 guests, making it the largest venue of its kind in downtown Zurich. The Congress House Zurich AG (Zurich Convention Center Ltd.) operates and markets the Congress House Zurich as well as the LUX Restaurant & Bar and offers upscale gastronomy throughout the entire building complex, including the Tonhalle Zurich. Founded in 1985 and ISO-certified, the company sets new standards in sustainability and quality management in the event industry.
Our sales team needs active support, starting from March 2026 or by arrangement. In this varied role, you will support our sales team in national and international sales for a 6 to 12-month internship.
Collaboration in our sales team consisting of 3 sales professionals
Receiving and processing incoming booking inquiries for our event spaces
Supporting the team with planned sales activities
Customer consulting and support via phone and email
Coordinating diverse and exciting projects together with our team
- You are a student at a hotel or tourism school
- Enjoyment in contact with people and a service-oriented personality
- An excellent manner and open communication characterize you
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Sense of responsibility, combined with independent decision-making ability and initiative
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
