Our spare parts service ensures daily that our customers and service technicians quickly and reliably receive the required spare parts.

For this central hub function, we are looking for a committed individual who wants to take responsibility and actively shape processes.

Your Tasks

• Receiving and processing spare parts enquiries and orders from our customers and service technicians
• Professional and organisational team leadership in spare parts service and logistics
• Ensuring efficient spare parts supply for our customers and service technicians
• Coordination of procurement, inventory management and logistics
• Optimisation and further development of workflows and processes as well as digitalisation
• Close cooperation with service, sales, suppliers and customers

Your Profile

• Completed basic training in logistics or technical field
• Further training as Technical Salesperson, Process Specialist, Logistics Specialist or comparable is an advantage
• Experience in spare parts management, logistics, service back office or supply chain
• Organisational talent with entrepreneurial thinking
• Enjoy taking responsibility and leading a small team professionally
• Fluent in German, communicative in English. Additional languages are an advantage
