Welcome aboard our small, well-coordinated HR team

As a trained HR specialist, you independently and responsibly take on tasks throughout the entire personnel lifecycle with a focus on recruiting. Together with the management personnel, you conduct job interviews empathetically and professionally and advise them with your solid HR expertise. In addition, you competently advise our stakeholders on all labor law issues.

In the HR back office, you ensure careful and structured management of personnel files and reliably support your team in administrative matters. You gladly accompany the commercial apprentices in their 2nd year of training and introduce them to HR tasks.

You communicate openly, confidently, and effectively with a wide range of people and impress with fluent oral and written communication in German. Even in a dynamic and demanding workday, you keep an overview, act solution-oriented, and understand service as a matter of course.
