This is for Switzerland and other countries, which is why you are constantly communicating with policyholders, insurance companies, and various internal and external partners, allowing you to use your English skills. Your Challenge

• Independent management and handling of claims cases in various property insurance sectors
• Contact with internal and external partners, insurers, offices, and authorities (written and by phone) in Switzerland and various neighbouring countries
• Point of contact for policyholders
• Participation in testing and the introduction of new software
• Various other administrative and organisational tasks possible

Your Profile

• Commercial training (KV or business school), professional experience
• Experience in a similar role in the claims area, preferably in property insurance
• German (native); English (fluent communication; independent handling of intermediate correspondence); other foreign languages (advantageous)
• MS Office (common user skills), IT affinity
• Quick comprehension; commitment
• Customer orientation, self-motivation
