We are looking for a committed assistant educator for the mixed-age group at our STETTBACH-MITTE location.

What are your tasks?

• Educational support and guidance of the entrusted children
• Designing a daily routine oriented to the children’s ages and interests
• Observation and developmental documentation using portfolios
• Establishing a partnership in education with the families
• Active participation in team meetings
• Creating a respectful, family-like working atmosphere

What should you bring?

• A completed qualification as FABE, educator, or comparable socio-pedagogical qualifications
• Trainer qualification is an advantage
• Expertise in early childhood, project work, observation and documentation methods
• Team player
• Initiative, creativity and flexibility
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
