Job Description

Become part of our production team and support us in 2- or 3-shift operations in the manufacture of high-quality flexible abrasives. The following tasks await you:

• Ensuring smooth production processes and executing production orders according to specified quality and safety standards
• Independently loading, operating, and setting up our modern production equipment
• Monitoring product quality throughout the entire manufacturing process and marking any defects
• Performing cleaning, maintenance, and minor repair work on the equipment
• Recording production data, booking used raw materials, and completing orders in our system

Qualifications

• Completed technical training, ideally as a certified plant operator or in a comparable technical profession
• Several years of professional experience in an industrial production environment
• Basic PC skills and experience with digital production systems
• SUVA-recognised forklift licence (R1/R2, S1–S3)
• Good command of German, both spoken and written
• Reliable, quality-conscious, and independent working style
• High resilience, flexibility, and willingness to work shifts
