As a recruitment consultant, you will enter a large, varied and guaranteed never boring field of activity. You are responsible for the entire recruitment process of the applicants and independently take care of the needs analysis of your clients. The following tasks are part of your duties:
- Telephone customer acquisition
- Scheduling candidates
- Conducting job interviews
- Organising customer events
- Maintaining your employees as well as customers
We expect:
- We are looking for a young, dynamic and flexible person who is motivated to learn something new
- You are based in St. Gallen and know your way around here
- As a communication talent, you are not afraid to approach people
- You have a confident appearance and master the power of persuasion
- Driving licence category B is mandatory so that you can be flexible at your clients on site
