As part of the real estate sector, Terresta AG belongs to the Foundation for Art, Culture and History (SKKG). Terresta manages the over 200 properties and lands of the SKKG fairly and committedly, thereby ensuring the long-term preservation of the portfolio's value, for example through responsible renovations and new constructions. In project development and in dealings with tenants, Terresta seeks economically, socially and ecologically sustainable solutions. Many of the over 2200 predominantly simple apartments are located in the Winterthur area, along with commercial spaces ranging from small shops in the old town to open-plan offices in the Wintower. The income from the properties finances the activities of SKKG and Terresta.
To strengthen our Facility Management, we are looking for a motivated and team-oriented person to start immediately or by arrangement in the role of
Carpenter (80-100%)
Your area of responsibility – this is what you are responsible for
- You carry out repair and maintenance work, for example on doors, locking devices, blinds and cupboards
- You repair windows, including reglazing and sealing
- You refurbish vacant apartments and undertake renovation and assembly work
- You perform versatile carpentry work in the workshop and prepare it for final assembly
Our requirements – this is what you bring
- Completed training as a carpenter EFZ or EBA
- Several years of professional experience as a carpenter
- High quality awareness and a careful working method
- A flexible, service- and team-oriented personality
- Good physical resilience
- Driving licence category B (mandatory)
