About the job

During your apprenticeship, you will gain insight into various departments within the company. You will manufacture different workpieces, produce tools and fixtures for production, or assemble products in pre- and final assembly according to technical drawings. In single-part manufacturing or prototype construction, you work manually on turning, milling, drilling, and grinding machines. Computer-controlled machines are also used, which you programme according to specifications. You process orders for our customers and are supported by our specialists. Additionally, external inter-company courses complement your training.

Vocational Baccalaureate

With very good school performance, the vocational baccalaureate school can be attended during or after the basic vocational training. The vocational baccalaureate enables subsequent studies at a university of applied sciences, depending on the field of study either without examination or with an admission procedure.

You attend vocational school in Zofingen.

• Level G / Basic requirements:

2 days per week in the 1st year, 1 day per week from the 2nd year

• Level E / Extended requirements:

2 days per week in the 1st and 2nd year, 1 day per week in the 3rd and 4th year

• Level E with vocational baccalaureate:

2 days per week from the 1st to 4th year
