We are an open, innovative organisation at three locations with a total of five social pedagogical residential groups for children and young people, embedded in two city districts of Zurich and in the municipality of Küsnacht am See.
As a specialist, you support a team and contribute according to the topics. You build professional relationships with the clientele and together with the team you promote, accompany and support eight children and young people in everyday life.
We are looking for a social pedagogue 20% for our educational specialist team at the Dialogweg location in Zurich-North, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Area of responsibility

• Two weekend shifts per month
• Night duty from Friday to Saturday or from Saturday to Sunday
• Support the team in implementing educational attitudes
• Taking on small departmental tasks

You bring with you

• Completed training in social pedagogy HF, social work FH, BA in psychology or you are in training as a social pedagogue
• Professional competence in dealing with children and young people from stressful family systems
• Enjoy irregular working hours (night presence and weekend shifts)
