YOUR TASKS
- Overall responsibility for the timely preparation of consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER
- Coordination of group and individual audit reviews as well as acting as the central contact person for external auditors
- Further development of group-wide accounting policies and responsibility for the internal control system at the group level
- Responsibility for consolidation and reporting tools as well as their further development
- Professional support and assistance to international finance teams to ensure uniform accounting practices and high data quality
- Responsibility for group-wide treasury topics (liquidity, planning, risks)
- Maintaining relationships with banks and supporting financing and refinancing activities
WHAT YOU BRING
- University degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
- Qualification as a certified public accountant (Swiss CPA) or equivalent
- Several years of experience in group accounting (Swiss GAAP FER) and consolidation
- Solid understanding/experience in treasury management is an advantage
- Proactive leadership personality
- Fluent German and English skills
