To strengthen our team in the ladies' clothing department, we are looking immediately or to be agreed, for a permanent contract, at the Geneva site, for a motivated and committed person as Assistant Floor Manager, 100%.
Your responsibilities
- You support the Floor Manager in their daily activities.
- You ensure the implementation of operational activities on the sales floor.
- You are responsible for neat merchandising.
- You accompany and coach the sales staff on the sales floor.
- You guarantee a customer-oriented organisation.
- You ensure the availability of goods and stock management and communicate specific needs to headquarters.
- You lead meetings with the sales team.
- You are responsible for achieving the agreed budget and performance objectives.
Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed basic training in retail in the fashion/textile department.
- You have proven experience in fashion sales within a mid/high-end environment.
- You have initial professional experience in an equivalent role.
- You are capable of organising and managing a team independently and competently.
- You are an experienced and motivated person with development potential and wish to take the next step in your career.
- You can adapt to high customer traffic and remain calm and maintain an overview in busy situations.
- You speak fluent French and preferably know another national language.
