The KiTas Bethanien are represented with five locations in Zurich: Altstetten, Fluntern, Kalkbreite, Oerlikon, and Seefeld.
Our KiTas are easily accessible by public transport. Children aged from three months to kindergarten entry are cared for in three to four age-separated standard groups. Our educational concept is based on the guiding principle: "Help me do it myself – and let me grasp to understand".
40% working days Wednesday and Friday

You can make an impact:
- Together with your co-leader, you lead and support a team of 16 employees according to the guiding principle "Leadership is the mobilization of employees' energies for the common goal"
- Within the circle of the other four KiTa leaders, the KiTa specialists, and the training managers, you continuously develop our service offering for family-supporting care
- As an experienced leader with an open nature, you enjoy learning new things and actively participate in changes
You bring with you:
- Training in childhood pedagogy HF and/or specialist in care (FaBe)
- Completed leadership training in the social sector
- At least two years of experience in a KiTa leadership role or similar
- Authorization to train HF students (advantageous)
- Good computer skills
- A cooperative leadership style
- Independent working method and planning skills
- High motivation to support and accompany the team
- Enjoyment in dealing with numbers and business management knowledge
