About the job

• Leadership and further development of RUAG's Romandie strategy, collaboration in the strategic orientation of RUAG MRO Holding AG
• Management of business development activities in Western Switzerland
• Care and maintenance of relationships with stakeholders in the Swiss security market (focus on Romandie) with an emphasis on political bodies at national and cantonal levels, associations, interest groups, etc.
• Consolidation of existing and establishment of new relationships for assigned key partners
• Representation of RUAG MRO Holding AG at conferences and trade fairs as well as collaboration in the organisation and execution of events related to Western Switzerland
• Support and coordination of business segment activities in Romandie
• Support and advice to all business units in RUAG MRO Holding AG on strategic matters related to Western Switzerland

• University or university of applied sciences degree: Master of Science in Business Administration, further training in marketing or sales
• Integrity and a winning personality
• Strong communication skills (oral and written), fluent in French and German
• Knowledge of market trends, competitors and new requirements in the Swiss security market
• Military career as an officer is an advantage
