The Building Department represents the interests of the canton of Graubünden as a construction specialist office, either as property owner and/or client, and is responsible for all real estate management services. This includes structuring the real estate portfolio, planning, realisation and management of properties as well as consultancy.
We are looking for a Facility Services Site Manager Regions to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility
- Ensuring high availability of cantonal infrastructure and buildings as well as efficient and smooth provision of required services
- Responsibility for coordination, leadership and personnel deployment planning as well as billing and control of maintenance work and services related to site management in the assigned portfolio
- Planning and management of special tasks across the assigned properties
- Supporting site managers in the professional guidance and execution of cleaning and maintenance work on building substances and outdoor facilities
- Supporting site managers in coordinating deployments of external service providers (e.g. craftsmen, cleaning companies, etc.)
- Active participation in service delivery and continuous improvement of existing processes
What we expect from you
- Completed training in a craft or technical field
- Further training as a Facility Management and Maintenance Manager (HFP) or willingness to obtain this qualification
- High sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- Willingness to act in technical interventions
- Networked thinking as well as independent and solution-oriented working style
- Good IT user skills
