•    Timely handling, planning and management of demanding ETCS projects in an international environment
•    Together with the project team, you implement the customer requirements specification and develop forward-looking modernisation solutions
•    You lead a motivated project team
•    You plan and conduct the internal engineering activities
•    Together with the project team, you produce high-quality engineering documents and thus make a significant contribution to the success of the project
•    By leading the approval and acceptance activities, you achieve flawless vehicle quality as well as timely approval
•    Development of innovative solutions for top modernisation offers for our customers

•    Completed studies as a mechanical engineer, electrical engineer or equivalent qualification
•    Many years of experience in managing demanding projects in an international environment
•    Many years of experience in the railway industry or plant construction
•    Team player with a high degree of social competence, sense of responsibility and assertiveness
•    Completed business management training desirable
•    Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
•    Structured, goal-oriented, dynamic and loyal personality
•    Fluent in German and English, additional languages advantageous
•    Willingness to travel (20-30%)
