Head of Support Staff & Patient Services 70 - 80%

The FRENKENKLINIK is a modern dental clinic in the upper Basel region with around 35 employees. For a newly created leadership position, we are looking for a committed individual to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

Leading and developing 15 dental assistants;

• Responsibility for HR, payroll administration and patient services;
• Further development of our organisation and workflows.

Your profile:

• Experience in personnel management and Swiss HR administration;
• Organisational talent, high social competence and decisiveness;
• Clear, appreciative communication and enjoyment in dealing with people.
