Do you wish for a care routine where the person, not the clock, is the focus? In this small dementia living group in the Emmental, you are allowed to take your time consciously!

For a family-run long-term care institution in the Emmental, we are looking for a Health Specialist EFZ for a temporary assignment of three months. Only eight residents live in the dementia living group, allowing for personal and individual care. The location is quiet and close to nature, yet easily accessible. The assignment starts immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• You accompany and care for the eight residents individually and respond to their personal needs
• In daily life, you create security, orientation, and a trusting atmosphere for people with dementia
• You take over basic and treatment care according to your competencies and ensure professional care documentation
• Together with the family-like team, you contribute to the residents feeling well cared for and at home

You offer your new employer:

• You have a qualification as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Experience in long-term care or dealing with people with dementia is an advantage
• With your calm, warm, and patient manner, you meet the residents at eye level
• You work independently and reliably and at the same time appreciate collaboration in a small team
