What you can achieve with us
- Customer Relationship Manager: You look after prospects from appointment coordination to vehicle handover and maintain active customer contact
- Bridge Builder: You form the interface between the workshop and customers and ensure top customer satisfaction
- Service Pilot: You take care of professional and complete order processing, check vehicles for cleanliness and prepare quotes according to our customers’ orders.
- Mobility Master: You create a pleasant atmosphere and convince our customers with your expertise and passion for holistic mobility
What you bring
- Professional training and commercial expertise: You have automotive technical training, such as an automotive specialist EFZ or automotive mechatronics technician EFZ, and have good commercial knowledge as well as, ideally, several years of professional experience as a service advisor
- Electromobility expert: You have experience in e-mobility and a good understanding of high-voltage technology
- Service professional: You are outgoing, enjoy approaching people and impress with your advisory competence and persuasiveness.
- Mindset master: You are resilient, handle stress positively and always maintain a positive mindset. Your customer-oriented manner as well as your expertise and enthusiasm for the automotive industry make the perfect mix
- IT expert: You have an affinity for digital processes, virtual customer communication and the use of AI tools
- Driving professional: Valid driving licence category B
