Your Tasks

• In this important hub function between our customers and suppliers, the internal and external sales, you are responsible for the technical advice of our customers
• You independently process customer inquiries and complaints and develop offers and proposals in cooperation with the external sales
• You are an active member of the internal sales team and thus jointly responsible for the correct processing of orders and inquiries and other administrative tasks
• You plan and organise product procurement and monitor the ordering processes
• You make clarifications with the suppliers
• You support sales promotion measures
• You are present and assist at company events
• You perform general office work

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a sanitary technician, sanitary planner or draughtsman, you can read plans
• Further training in the commercial field would be desirable
• Very good IT skills and sound knowledge in the MS Office environment
• Customer-oriented action and open, quick access to our customers and suppliers
• Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
• You appreciate dealing with people and love customer contact
• You are resilient and appreciate a small, family-like team
• You have very good German skills in spoken and written form (native language)
