How you inspire
- You handle incoming written and telephone customer enquiries from legal entities
- You advise customers in a committed and responsible manner on topics such as money, saving and provision
- You maintain the CRM and document existing sales opportunities
- You clarify compliance issues and regulatory questions
- You ensure comprehensive customer care and refer customers to other business areas
What you bring
- You have a commercial basic education
- You enjoy customer contact and have strong oral and written communication skills in French and German
- You have a high service orientation and an independent working style
- You have a high level of initiative as well as entrepreneurial thinking
- You enjoy telephone contact with our customers
