We are looking for an Industrial and Subfloor Installer from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement. If you are well versed in your field, enjoy working independently and want a strong team around you, then you are exactly right with us!

Your tasks:

• Creating calcium sulphate flowing subfloors
• Sealing work indoors
• Installing cement screeds
• Laying thermal and impact sound insulation
• Execution of industrial and utility floors
• Processing and refining floor surfaces
• Renovating existing industrial and subfloors
• Creating visible and design floors such as screed coatings and terrazzo
• Collaboration in the area of modernisation
• Clean and punctual work on the construction site

Your profile:

• Training as an Industrial and Subfloor Installer with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• or mason with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) with relevant experience
• Several years of professional experience in subfloor or industrial floor construction is an advantage
• Independent, precise and reliable working style
• Good technical understanding and a feel for flatness
• Team player, resilient and flexible
• Quality and responsibility awareness
• Enjoy working in a family business
