Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for:

Experienced Chef de Partie

-mandatory culinary diploma + minimum 5 years experience in a similar position
-excellent communicator and very good team spirit
-attention to detail
-passion for the profession and curiosity
-organised, flexible and rigorous - permanent full-time position in a bistronomic establishment
-ensure receipt of goods and stock management
-rotating work on hot and cold stations
-work in a restaurant
-ensure smooth preparation and service
-cooking with fresh and quality products
-full compliance with the establishment's standards and requirements
-knowledge and respect of HACCP standards
-split shifts from Monday to Friday (closed on weekends).
