We are looking for a solicitor / lawyer 80 - 100% at the Zurich location in the field of commercial administrative law, especially competition, procurement and financial market law, immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

Collaboration on issues of competition and antitrust law, including merger controls, market behaviour analyses and support of proceedings before authorities
Support in the area of financial market regulation, FINMA topics, licences, governance and regulatory processes
Analysis of complex legal matters and preparation of legal assessments, opinions and expert reports
Review, drafting and negotiation of contracts, such as cooperation agreements, contracts in the energy sector as well as other project-related contracts

Your qualifications:

Swiss bar admission
Ideally professional experience in a commercial law firm and/or in the federal administration
Interest in economic contexts and interdependencies
Analytical thinking and good numerical understanding
Entrepreneurial thinking and corresponding ambition
