Your place of work

You will work home-based and on-site with customers throughout the German-speaking part of Switzerland. Ideally, your place of residence is in the Canton of Solothurn/Basel-Landschaft/Aargau.

Your tasks

Ensuring technical customer service in the field of respiratory protection technology, high-pressure compressors & engineered solutions (maintenance and repair, as well as new installations and commissioning). You organise your work area independently in consultation with the fire service manager and ensure that the tasks entrusted to you are carried out systematically, on time, and reliably. Furthermore, you support sales and advice on maintenance contracts as well as repairs and ensure correct information about the installed base and documentation of any deviations.

Your strengths

You have completed training as a mechanic, electrical fitter, or similar and have practical experience in field service. You are a member of the fire service (volunteer, professional, or company fire brigade). Knowledge of measurement and control technology is desirable. You are a proficient PC user (MS Office, Outlook). You have very good oral and written German skills. Good French and English skills are an advantage. Your working style is independent, responsible, and quality-conscious; your manner is customer-oriented and communicative. A category B driving licence and willingness for special deployments are required.
