YOUR MISSIONS

As a versatile assistant, your role involves having skills related to:

• Basic care and domestic help: ability to provide care and domestic assistance at clients' homes.
• Client follow-up and relationship: ability to create and maintain respectful relationships with clients, while monitoring care objectives and conveying relevant information.
• Teamwork: contributing to the smooth running of the team and collaborating with its members.
• Administrative management: responsibility for administrative tasks related to the role.

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a recognised Red Cross health assistant qualification or an equivalent qualification deemed acceptable.
• Previous experience in an institution is a real asset.
• Autonomous, versatile and a good listener, you have a strong interest in home care and helping relationships.
• You are able to adapt easily to various situations, and listening skills as well as flexibility are among your strengths.
• You possess a driving licence and ideally a personal vehicle.
