PHEL - Pharmacy Assistant or Production Operator M/F 60%-100% Permanent Contract
The Pharmacy of the Eastern Léman Hospitals (PHEL), spread across several sites, is responsible for the supply of medicines and pharmaceutical assistance to hospitals, as well as various care facilities in the Eastern Léman region (including the Riviera-Chablais Hospital, Vaud-Valais).
The EMS sector of PHEL is responsible for the supply of medicines and pharmaceutical services to its partner medico-social establishments (EMS).
To strengthen our EMS Manufacturing division team, we are looking for a:
Pharmacy Assistant or Production Operator M/F 60%-100% Permanent Contract
Main duties of this position are
- Participate in the automated preparation of weekly pill organisers intended for residents of our partner EMS.
- Carry out various activities related to manufacturing and production monitoring: management of medicine stocks, supply of machines and monitoring of flows.
- Participate in quality controls and continuous process improvement.
- Contribute to the writing and updating of quality documentation.
- Perform administrative and office tasks related to the sector's activity.
- Help maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
Requirements
- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a pharmacy assistant or an equivalent qualification.
- Conscientious, rigorous and organised person who enjoys teamwork.
- Ability to work in a structured production environment and perform tasks requiring precision and concentration.
- Comfortable with common IT tools, especially the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in medicine supply in EMS, hospital pharmacy or a production environment is an asset.
- Knowledge of Tactil®, Opale® or Carefolio®/DIR® software would be appreciated.
