What to expect
During your training at ESA, you have the opportunity to participate in various areas - for example in sales, customer consulting, or inventory management. You will be in contact with our locations and customers from all over Switzerland and can gain valuable experience in direct contact with our diverse clientele and in organization.
Your tasks:
- Independent service of customers both in person and by phone
- Advising customers and selling the entire range
- Receiving and handling customer inquiries, orders, and complaints
- Preparing pre-ordered goods and operating the cash register
- Maintaining sales shelves and presenting products
- Assisting with sales activities, preparing offers, and inventory work
- Recording returns and checking goods
